The conTINuum of 

Anti-Racist Representation

The Continuum of Anti-Racist Representation is an industry-specific tool that gives theatre & arts organizations a way to measure progress when striving for equitable inclusion. There are six stages of representation from Transactional to Transformational with different milestones to reach in each stage.

When used in conjunction with our workshop, it provides opportunities to consistently self-assess where an organization believes they are on the continuum and, using The Chicago Inclusion Project's structured approach, create actionable steps to move towards equity over time.
