All of us at The Chicago Inclusion Project candidly recognize the rage and grief felt by everyone within our community. We stand in firm solidarity with our colleagues who are fighting for black lives all over the country.

As an organization committed to equity and access, we acknowledge our responsibility to lift up the voices that are being stifled and demand respect for the lives in jeopardy right now.

We hope that as we continue to navigate how to better ourselves, our structures and our community that we can learn together and offer support where we can.
